What are the important dates I need to know for the Instant GIA closure?
- 22nd July 2024: Deposit and Buy functionality will be disabled for Instant GIA. FX fees will also be waived for Sells from 22nd July 2024.
- 5th August 2024: Sell all and withdrawal deadline. You need to sell your assets and withdraw your total Instant GIA balance by this date. If you do not hold any invested assets, your Instant GIA cash balance will be deposited into your nominated bank account from 29th July 2024.
- After 5th August 2024: Between this date and August 30th, we will sell your assets for you and deposit the money into your nominated bank account.
- 30th August 2024: The Instant Account will close down completely.
- 31st August 2024 - 22nd September 2024: You will receive an email containing account statements, contract notes and transaction history
