How do I withdraw my funds from my NuWealth notice account?
To initiate a fee-free withdrawal, open the NuWealth app > make sure the correct notice account is selected > tap ‘Withdraw’ > tap ‘Continue’ > input the amount you would like to withdraw or withdraw your full balance. Please note, if your balance is less than £1 you must withdraw all. When a withdraw all is pending, further deposits are suspended until your withdrawal clears. Note: the actual amount you receive will also include accrued interest earned during the notice period.
The time required for your withdrawal depends on the notice account you hold. For example, a withdrawal from a 30-Day Notice Account will take 30 calendar days to complete.
Notice Period Start:
- Your notice period begins the next business day after your withdrawal request is processed.
- If your notice period ends on a non-business day, your funds will be credited to your bank account on the next working day.
Processing Times:
- Withdrawal requests made before 11:30 am on a working day are generally processed the same day, though they may take until the next working day due to compliance checks.
- Requests made after 11:30 am on a working day will be processed the next working day.
