How do I give notice?

All you need to do is initiate a withdrawal through the app. We will handle everything else from there!

The time required for your withdrawal depends on the notice account you hold. For example, a withdrawal from a 30-Day Notice Account will take 30 calendar days to complete.

Notice Period Start:

• Your notice period begins the next business day after your withdrawal request is processed.
• If your notice period ends on a non-business day, your funds will be credited to your bank account on the next working day.

Processing Times:

• Withdrawal requests made before 11:30 am on a working day are generally processed the same day, though they may take until the next working day due to compliance checks.
• Requests made after 11:30 am on a working day will be processed the next working day.
