How do I cancel my Direct Debit/Auto Deposit?

To cancel your Direct Debit/Auto Deposit: 

  1. From the Homepage, tap Portfolio 
  2. Tap Auto Invest 
  3. Tap Update Direct Debit
  4. Tap Cancel Direct Debit

You can also cancel your Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. 

You can make changes at any time, but here’s how the timing works:

  • To apply changes for the upcoming collection, make sure to submit them at least 10 working days before the scheduled collection date.
  • Changes made after this deadline will usually take effect from the following month.
